Please make sure that you have added ICE Candidate to peer connection on both the end.
Also, if you are using the sample app mentioned in the article, then use "Start Call" to initiate the call and "Join Call" with same meeting-id to join the same call on other end.

Hi, I am using the sample just as it is. I use the "Start Call" on one device and "Join Call" on the other using same meetingId but the issue is still there. Do you think it has anything to do with connectivity issue? I am running on same network btw.
